Each group is facilitated by trained counsellors and offered in a supportive, identity-affirming space. Some groups are drop-in, others are registered. Sessions are currently offered at various partner clinics and details vary by group.

This staff led group is intended for individuals who are who are 55+, struggling with an unwanted behaviour, and interested in learning more about addiction and recovery.
This closed group supports participants in exploring what wellness means to them—and how to build practical tools to nurture it in daily life.
A four-week therapy workshop aimed at exploring your relationship dynamics, improving skills for communication, learning tools to de-escalate conflict, and deepen the connection in your romantic relationship.
This is a 3 sessions group that will enhance caregivers' communication and connection with their children (ages 10 to 17) and between themselves. The group is a hands-on group where parents/caregivers will be learning from their experiences and practicing foundational tools.
An educational workshop for Family, Friends and Caregivers who have a Loved One (LO) that struggles with substance use. This VIRTUAL workshop will offer an opportunity to increase understanding on addiction, behaviours related to use and how to provide support without losing oneself.
A 10 week skill based group on living after trauma. Participants will learn about the impact of trauma and build skills for healing and growth. Topics will include how to recognize thoughts and feelings, accept positive experiences and learn to live in the present.
A 3-part workshop series to learn about the way your experiences become a part of you. To understand the impact and how you can learn to work with your nervous system in everyday life.
Acu-Detox auricular acupuncture is used to support mental health and substance use recovery. Disposable needles are inserted into five acupuncture points on the ears while participants sit silently in a circle for 30 minutes. This practice is intended to create a peaceful quiet space for healing.
