Seniors’ Centre Without Walls

Seniors’ Centre Without Walls (SCWW) is a community outreach program to support isolated seniors and adults with physical disabilities.

We provide free educational and social programs through the use of telephone-based conference calls. All programs are provided over the phone.

Who is eligible to join?
·      Individuals 55+ and/or adults 18+ with physical disabilities

·      Living in the Ottawa and greater Ottawa area (including Renfrew County)
‍

·      Completely free program.

·      You do not need to be a member of The Good Companions.

·      No special equipment needed – just your average phone!

·      Programs are multi-person phone conversations (or conference calls).

·      Call yourself in to the program, or we can call you – it’s your choice!

·      Each phone session lasts between 30-60 minutes on the phone.

·      Each phone session averages 15-20 people on the call.

·      You are able to hear each other, talk to one another, learn, and/or just have fun!
