Life can be demanding, and many BIPOC women and femmes spend so much time caring for others that they rarely have space to care for themselves. The BIPOC Peer Support Self-Care Oasis Group was created as a dedicated space to pause, reflect, recharge, and connect with others who understand the unique realities of navigating life, wellness, and mental health as BIPOC women and femmes.
Together, participants explore topics related to self-care, emotional wellbeing, personal growth, boundaries, resilience, relationships, identity, and healing while building meaningful connections with others in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Facilitated by trained BIPOC peer support leaders, this group encourages participants to share experiences, learn from one another, discover new wellness practices, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and belonging.
This identity-specific group is reserved for Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour women and femme-identifying individuals. Participants are expected to respect the purpose and eligibility requirements of the group.
Whether you are looking for support, community, self-reflection, or simply a moment to focus on yourself, we invite you to join us.
Take time for yourself. Your wellbeing matters.
Please note that participants are not required to remain on camera throughout the session and may choose their level of participation. A brief check-in may be required at the beginning of the session to support group eligibility and maintain the integrity of this identity-specific space.
